It bears no resemblance whatsoever to any of Tom Baker's scarves. The pattern and coloring are all wrong, there's the length, and the way it's worn.
In other words, it sucks. Even as a freebie. If it wasn't modeled after Tom's legendary witty scarf (in delusions, at least), it would be nice. But I have a hard time seeing how this is in any way similar to Tom's scarf. Go to doctorwhoscarf.com or wittylittleknitter.com for patterns and images of what the scarf SHOULD look like.
