I tried to write to you but you only allow messages from buddies, so this is the only way I can contact you, you need to come speak to me, as this item i cannot do anything with. once it is put in to room it stays there can not be moved , cannot be deleted, or anything have you accidently made it a closed item. Please help or i would like my credits back thank you for your intrest in the wewll being of your customers
