I tried to send a message to inquire about this pending product that I spent 2951 credits for (listed for 3180 but applied a discount) , which is a lot of credits to spend on an item, but you only except messages from your buddies. I have purchased several of your products and have been very pleased with them so I felt comfortable to purchase a pending product from you. When I purchased the pending product, by picture and by trying, I expected the product to be available in a reasonable amount of time but that has not occurred. If you are unable to supply the product that you advertised, I would appreciate my credits to be applied back to me.
