Pretty much a waste of money. It's too short to wear it with most skin-tight bottoms (you'll notice the skin between the boots and the leggins) and too wide to wear it with long shorts, pirate shorts, karate pants, etc... Plus the blue-ish color makes it almost uncombinable with the few skin-tight pants that actually cover the entire legs.
Only good if you're planning to wear them with some sort of boxers, short leggings, ripped leggings, and perhaps some historic pants... Otherwise, I would recommend that you buy the taller, more detailed, less-wide adventure boots (you know, the ones derivated from "Armor Boots derivable").
If you still going for this kind of boots, I suggest you get any Adventure Bootz made by Whystler, where he clearly states wich bottoms are compatible with this his boots (and have WAY more quality at a lower cost).
