This a fantastic room!! The lighting and textures are by far superior to most and shows a dedication to development that exceeds most. However, having said that, I personally would not allow 2 avi's standing in 1 spot or some of the other comical spots that are in the room in some awkward places. I would allow the buyer to put their own spots in... of what kind and number.
