I love your fire product so much, but sadly it dose not work at all and I have tried it in 4 different houses now and that is a joke.
it does not stand like a fire but it lays down on the floor and it doesn't matter what you do to try and get it standing up but never works at all. very disappointing. but when you try it in the shop it works good but when in our homes never works and lays down on the fire. really not good ae. because it is so beautiful and really romantic and I love it but now waste a time. please take ur time because you do have a mazing items :-)
