Hi, I bought this on Sep 28th was very excited about it. Until I tried to use it then it was upside down. I should of read reviews 1st I see one other had same problem. I didnt see a response to there post though. So not sure if they figured it out. If anyone knows how to fix plz let me know by message or here ill come back and check in a couple of days. TYVM
