XoSoulSpiritXo and I chatted - and she made this review without asking for help. You must remove most of the items you wear that conflict with the alien suit. When you are an alien you don't need a face anyways :) She's all good - go ask her - meanwhile IMVU REFUSES to remove reviews that are like this in nature. Instead we have to worry about losing a tier level based upon something stupid. IMVU offers us the ability to flag a review but no recourse. So why bother us with this phony hope for redemption? Dumb. Just dumb. Filing a help ticket was hilarious.
