This developer has NO customer service. I have reached out repeatedly and been ignored, even though this person has recently logged in. I have no choice but to resort to this to try to get heard by this developer. This particular product works okay, but other products by this developer have given me issue and attempts to reach out to this developer have been ignored. I cannot get help or a refund.
