They should have a higher rating. Love this house and love the color scheme.. Small but yet large enough. Did a great job. I hope you read this. I would love to have the color scheme this home has in Winter and one at Night. All the finishes in this home is just perfect I like being able to add my color thru the furnishes and speaking of furnishes, right on the money, so be sure to check the catty for those. I have spent weeks searching for a home like this. I usually give a home as a wedding gift and I am sure they will love it also.
