Madison i am always available . There should be no problems at all with this or any of my properties . If u have trouble with poses check the av u are wearing , alot of av's have built in poses so u cannot use the room poses in alot of them . Otherwise loading is perfect on all the properties , u may want to check your computer..shame u didnt message me at all on your trouble...Your the first one who has had trouble out of 655 sales so im not sure what your problems are ???
