Its quite alright the room if it had more furniture nodes and more poses it would be very good i was hoping i was gona get a big space but i only just managed to put a holy church in and furniture could do with some improving to make it hudge with tonnes of nodes to place more houses in and some flat land for the out buildings to be placed if the owner ie me wants to put out buildings. all in all it was alright actually better then the one i bought before so no loss and cheaper then the other one but to improve add more furniture nodes and more space then you get 5 flaming jalepenos and several reccomendations from me :)
