As we can't contact you directly i let you a comment here and hop to have an answer . I'ev bought this product more than a year ago and the original color of this hair was not like that. Today, i'm not very happy to see this change and d'ont like this color at all. Sorry but i've paid for a multicoloures and fashion hair...So i want you to put again the original texture or to be reimbursed ..The next time create agin teh szame hair with others colors and d'ont replace them without sending a note to your client to inform them ...Thk U
