This is a GREAT ROOM for GAY ROMANCE with a pool and 2 story house. It's only for someone with a sense of romance and imagination. If you lack that, then dont buy it. It's an older room so it doesnt have the bells and whistles some new rooms have and the cost to derive it was very high..so there is very little profit for me. But if you like a virtual adventure in France, this could be one of the rooms you have in your set...Enjoy
