Look people... Before you write a review be sure you read the product page, If i can see the instuctions surely you can too come on get a life! If you have a problem dont leave it ina reveiw, chances are the dev wont see it anyway. They are not alerted when they get a review and many have far too many products to check every page. So if you have a problem leave a private message on their homepage, but first READ THE PRODUCT PAGE. I think the product is wonderful and when the instructions are followed it works beautifully. She has lots of great pets in her catalog check them out. Ignore the review from the person who clearly cant read.
